Text (C) 2015 – Eric Reports. Waller County, Prairie View, TX. On July 10, 2015, driver Sandra Bland, 28, was pulled over by police officer, Brian Encinia for not signaling while changing lanes. The conversation turns ugly after Ms. Bland refuses to put out a cigarette. This is when the cop decides to arrest her, refusing to tell her why. When Ms. Bland refuses to leave her car, the cop tells her that she is “resisting arrest” and threatens her with a Taser gun. “I will light you up!” She leaves the car, telling him “Wait ’til this gets to court!” While stepping to the side of the road, there is a scuffle when he places handcuffs on her. She screams, “You’re breaking my wrists!” During the struggle, she is knocked to the ground, his knee in her back. Also, she is heard, “You knocked my head into the ground, I got epilepsy.” He says, “Good!” (Some of this can be seen in an amateur cell phone video. Unfortunately, the police dash cam video only shows them while they are near the car, although the rest can be heard in audio.)…
